Returns orientation correlation matrix

Parameters:
  • kinematics – system’s kinematics

  • x_size – window size for X-axis

  • y_size – window size for Y-axis

Returns:

matrix of scalar values per frame

ampy.statistics3d.position_correlation(kinematics: list, x_size: int, y_size: int) list

Returns position correlation matrix
